The world is made of numerous interactions including (but not limited to) physical, biochemical, social, and economical processes. While many of these can be explained from a relatively scientific perspective, our view of the world in which we live is strongly influenced on how much we understand and perceive these mechanisms. To truly appreciate the complicated environment which we live in, one must continuously learn and evolve his personal understanding of the world.
Based on our current assumptions, we selectively see and perceive our surroundings, social relationships, and internal thoughts differently from one another. We all view life through asymmetrical, or broken, apertures that take in some experiences, while blocking others. While this aperture may limit your overall appreciation of life, it can be adjusted through the constant exercise of positive personal development.
How will you learn to shape your personal aperture to best experience life?
